    Had a balayage and cut and blow dry with Emma, and what can I say, she gave me the best transformation ever. She is literally a hair magician. I wont ever go to anyone else now Ive found her. Also shootout to Aliyah who did my wash and gave an incredible head and neck massage which was super relaxing. Overall the salon was fantastic and was offered coffees and refreshments throughout my appointment. Before and after attached for reference. Thank you Emma you are the best! Balayage Queen!👸🏻✨️

    I went in for a haircut with the stylist Ikhlas. Her knowledge and expertise was amazing and instantly made me feel like I was going to leave with a fabulous haircut. She immediately understood my hair texture and she asked me a lot questions about my haircare routine to modify my haircut according to my lifestyle. She also explained thoroughly what she was going to do and gave me lots of tips on how to style my hair. Overall she has a lovely personality and is a fantastic professional. I highly recommend booking with her.

    The staff are well trained, knowledgeable, and courteous. The recent salon face lift has been tastefully designed and decorated where it feels comfortable and pleasant.Additionally, there is the convenience of complimentary valet parking.     I have been coming to Pastels for a number of years now and cannot recommend them enough. The best salon in Dubai. Danielle my hairdresser is a gem, a superstar who brings my hair to life after every appointment. The girls who do my nails always have smiles on their faces and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I feel relaxed and at home every time I visit Pastels - love the lively atmosphere and smily faces. The longevity of the employees working at Pastels is also a testament to their employer who really do look after their people - Bravo!!

    I got a full head of extensions with Emma Thompson in the Al Wasl salon and I was blown away with her incredible service! Not only is she highly skilled in her craft, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Usually a head of bonded hair extensions takes soooo long but Emma had them in in under 2 hours and they were blended and placed to perfection. I’m obsessed with them and will definitely be back to this salon!! Absolutely gorgeous interior too.

    I had my appointment with Tanya again today and she never fails to amaze me every single time! Everybody in this salon was warm and very welcoming and treated me so nicely! Ate Patricia was very good at what she does and she made me feel very comfortable. Tanya is a goddess! Her skill is just magical and it really transforms not only my physical looks but also recharges my soul! This place is THE best with THE best staff and THE best stylist!     I’ve been visiting Pastels for many years and have never been disappointed! The service has always been excellent and the salon is always kept clean and modern. The staff are professional, friendly and always warm and welcoming. I had a cut and colour with the fantastic Georgie today who, as well as being a lovely and kind person, is extremely talented and knowledgeable at what she does! She takes time to listen to what you want and is also happy to offer suggestions if you would like. She really knows how to work with colour and I’ve always been delighted with the result! I’d highly recommend Pastels to anyone looking for a professional salon for hair and beauty with knowledgeable and well trained staff in a warm and welcoming environment.

    I came in with a very dull shape and was looking for a cut and blow dry with Iklas, she was able to revive my hair and achieve exactly what i wanted. she also went above and beyond to obtain what i wished for. She even gave me advice on some issues i have with my hair type and recommended some tips i can implement in my routine to maximise my hair’s potential. the service is excellent, and the salon’s staff is extremely kind, welcoming and delicate.     Amazing Salon from all the sides like service, welcoming, very clean, and very professional and friendly staff. I am more than amazed.I did my scalp treatment with Alyiah then I did hair blow dry and styling with Sara, and finally did my manicure with Aleen. I had my waxing done by Miss Lakshmi, who was an absolute gem!🤍🤍She made me feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish, and to my surprise, I didn’t experience any pain at all. In fact, I found myself laughing throughout the session, thanks to her warm and friendly approach.😁🤍The salon itself was impeccably clean, and I was impressed by Lakshmis meticulous attention to hygiene, which left me feeling completely at ease. The wax used was of excellent quality—there was no discomfort or irritation afterward.     Today i visited Pastels Salon Jumeirah branch for the first time. It was along al wasl road, just after Choithrams Um Suqeim. They have a complimentary valet parking which is a plus. I was greeted by Ms. Sheila & Ms. Catherine. They asked me if I want something to drink. I had 9:30 am appointment for mani & pedi by Ms.Leanne & Joy. They exceeded my expectation, although it just a classic mani/pedi, but I got a free hand & foot massage and a mini foot spa. Then I had my facial, I think its a deep clean facial with 15 mins blue light with Ms. Edrich. She was amazing, I never had a facial before which includes neck and shoulder. This is beyond my expectation. Then last I had a hair treatment with blow dry with Ms. Sabina, she is the sweetest and she handle my hair with love. And I learned so much about hair and the product she used. Overall my experience was exceptional. Thank you Ms. Sheila and Pastels Team for accommodating me and treated me like a queen.Highly recommended!

    After some deliberation, I finally returned to Pastels for a haircut after almost two years since my last hairstylist left Pastels, mostly because I have a hard time getting a haircut to suit my hair type and the maintenance routine that follows. I booked a haircut appointment with Ikhlas yesterday, and I have to say Im just so glad I did! First, Ikhlas is lovely - warm, friendly and fun! She asked, listened to what I wanted, and made great suggestions for my haircut based on its texture. Im really happy I decided to try her out, and knowing that I can return to her for the next one! Angie gave me a lovely hairwash with a little neck massage, and also gave me some lovely warm ginger tea.Needless to say, all the girls at the reception and the rest of the staff are always accommodating, warm and welcoming, which makes a huge difference from the moment one walks into this lovely salon. Kudos to the Pastels team!

    Fully recommend Ikhlas, had a colour and haircut with her and she is fantastic. She explained everything in detail and tailored it around my lifestyle and hair type.     I have been coming to pastels for 20 years.They are absolutely fantastic . Aileen is a magician with my feet and there is absolutely no one who can give me a pedicure like hers. Wency is amazing for my manicures. Somehow the polish just lasts longer with her . Their products and service are really a cut above and that makes a huge difference.Lakshmi is a fantastic therapist for waxing and eyebrows . So happy to have her back .     My experience was a 10/10. Iklas was the one cutting my hair. She was always explaining what she was doing and asking questions of how my hair is. Even though it was the first time i booked an appointment with her she understood my hair and what was best for it. Very knowledgeable and great technique.     Today I visited this place for Gelish Manicure at Jumeirah Branch (Al Wasl) and I fall in love with their service! Very welcoming and attentive staff, nail technician Aileen very professional with very polite attitude. Beautiful decor, everything looks very high standard and of course with following hygiene and safety precautions. All instruments/tools are disposable and for single use only which gives you extra safe feelings. Big varieties of different services, I been offered not only a nails spa such as manicure/pedicure but hair, facial, and even massage. I think this place is a heaven for all ladies who wants to pamper themselves. Definitely will come back soon to treat myself again.

    I had a great first time experience for coloring with Ikhlas. She listened and gave great advice. I told her all my concerns. She really made time to listen and guide me. My biggest concern was that for several years I leave the hairdresser with stains on my head. I have sensitive scalp and don’t like them using the stain remover because the old way which is removing color by color takes more time for the girl who washed the hair. I always told the girls in other salons to not use water immediately and remove with just using pressure and scrub and the stains go. But they don’t listen and are arrogant when I tell them. I was so fed up and always stressed about this part of the hairdresser visit. Took pictures and showed but there was no improvement or willing to do this more time consuming removal. So I decided to go to Pastels. I told my concerns but they knew how to do this way. Angie did an amazing job!!! I went home for the first time in years without stains!!! I want to thank Ikhlas for listening to my concerns and to Angie for doing a great job. I am a long time client for doing my nails and my waxing and have always been very happy with my ladies. Wency and Cherry Mae and Laksmi are the kindest and most professional ladies I have had!!! Thanks for the great care.

    I’ve been getting facials done by Hollie once a month, I had 4 treatments so far. After 3 sessions I noticed that my skin is visibly clearer, my pores are smaller and I don’t get the occasional pimples anymore. She totally transformed my skin, she planned a treatment regimen tailored to my skin. In every session I get a deep cleanse, followed by different creams and masks. The highlight of the treatment is the face-neck-décolleté massage, feels like heaven! After the treatment my face looks so fresh and radiant. I noticed makeup sits much nicer and my skins gets less oily (I usually have very oily nose and forehead). She’s also super friendly, made me feel very comfortable immediately.     I have been going to Pastels for almost 11yrs now, originally the Mercato branch and then my stylist moved to Jumeirah so I did too. The staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and the reception staff never fail to be welcoming and professional. From making an appointment, to the haircut itself, I have never been left disappointed.

    The Salon is a lovely environment and has very professional staff. I had Leila as my stylist and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is very attentive to your personal wishes whilst also guiding you with her own knowledge. I had a drastic color change from blonde to red and she made me feel reassured and listened to me the entire way. The haircut was also great and she cut it so I could wear it both naturally curly and straightened.

    I went to the salon today to get my hair done, this was the second time. I recently wrote a review about how I was upset about the outcome of my hair because the colour I got was too dark. Although this was a misunderstanding the salon still invited me back and did my hair colour to the way i wanted it and i’m really happy with the outcome.Even after the review i left, the staff were still very lovely and polite and the customer service was amazing.Shakira, who cut my hair was very kind and professional and explained and gave me advice about my hair.     I always get great service at Pastels. I have tried several of their stylists over the years and all of them were very good and experienced. I also appreciate that I never felt pressured to purchase products or services that I didn’t want or need. Just got my hair colored today and noticed they actually printed out the cost of the hair color, highlights, and treatment before she started doing anything..which is really good so you know beforehand how much you’re paying - no surprises.

    I had an appointment with Georgie today (Al Wasl branch) to cut my hair.She did a phenomenal job! I absolutely love the cut and the low lites she did for me. When I arrived I initially asked for an all over toner to go back to my natural colour but Georgie suggested I go the low lites route instead since my blonde hilites still looked good. I love, love how it turned out. The colour is beautiful.Not only did she do a great job with my hair but the service was amazing too. I arrived early but she attended to me straight away. It was also not a problem for her to add more time to do the low lites.Thank you again!

    Opalyn at Pastel Salon was extremely knowledgeable and professional with eyelash extensions and brows. She was so attentive and gentle during the session that I almost fell asleep. Last time I tried one hairdresser for my highlights in Dubai it was a very bad experience but, yesterday Barry gave me back my trust.     I had my appointment with Emma, who is very skilled at her job. I had a rare request and wanted to get a mullet. Emma was very profesional about it and explained everything she was going to do as it would be a bit complicated and risky with my type of curly hair. I am absolutely in love with my haircut, it worked out to be amazing and I will most definitely go back to her over and over again. All the staff was very sweet and helpful as well.     Has to be one of those rare places that have it all right! The place is cheerful, airy and spotless. The staff - reception, assistants and most importantly the stylists know exactly what they are doing, are most professional and polite. Jessica who I always rely on for hair color never fails to get it right. The hair wash borders on a head massage! I did my eyebrows for the first time with this salon and met Jincy who really takes her work seriously, is extremely detailed and has some great advice to hand. Wonderful experience always!

    I booked an appointment for my eyebrows and upper lip with Jincy at Pastels Jumeirah. She took me through a thorough consultation and explained what she was doing each step of the way. I have been in Dubai for 3 years and i tried almost every high end salon( i am really obsessed with my hair) and always i had the same feeling of disappointment and being overcharged for the services provided!!     Its my go-to place for hair colour and haircuts. I recently took my two daughters age 6 and 10 for a haircut and the staff was super friendly. The salon was clean, there were few customers and they took our temperature when we entered the salon.     Edwige is a miracle worker. I loved every minute of my hour with her - even the extractions (my most hated part of any facial usually) were painless! I arrived to the salon with extremely dehydrated and dull skin and left with such a terrific glow that I even got compliments when I was on a night out a few days later on how young I looked!     Yesterday I went to Pastel Salon Jumeirah second time for a haircut with a senior stylist. Her name is Daniella (sorry if I mispronounced). She is very smart and cut just like I described her.✅Salon is very hygenic and clean.✅Despite it is a small building it has 3 floors and all of them are neatly organized.✅Reception is fast and lovely. You can arrange your appointment from Fresha app and they call you back after a while to confirm.✅It seems like customers have long term relations with the salon (as far as I understand from their chats).✅Paid parking on the street.✅Not a very busy place, well ventilated.I only used haircut service so it is not fair to comment on other services, but after my 2 visits I absolutely give 5 stars.

    I went to Pastels Salon for coloring my hair and once for an upstyle, both times I was very pleased with the results and got many compliments. Angelina, the hairstylist that did a balyage and second time an upstyle - Elsa style, was very sweet and her work is amazing.     I have been visiting Pastels for 5 years now, and I have been seeing Shakira for my hair exclusively for nearly 3 years.After a lot of rebonding coloring kera straightening, Shakira has shown me the way to handle my hair with ease allowing it to be free beautiful with minimum chemicals, washing and excessive straightening.She educated me on how to maintain color whilst keeping the moisture in. She has also been very helpful in my biggest challenge - having long curly hair and actually loving it!!!I cannot thank Shakira enough for everything she has done for me and my hair! She is an all- rounder no matter what hair you have she will make you fall in love with it all over again!I highly recommend every woman to visit Pastels Jumeirah and ask for Shakira - she’s got what you need!
