As far as the actual procedure was concerned they have a team of highly skilled doctors/ technicians and the procedure was PAINLESS!. I was so comfortable during the procedure I actually fell asleep during the procedure. The nurses were amazing. I would recommend this clinic to anyone wanting to do the procedure. The after sale/service was fantastic they are still in direct contact with me through each and every step of the way from Day 1. I am currently on Day 11 of the procedure. The reception at Dynamic lacked awareness of the confirmed prices discussed over the phone, and the overall atmosphere was unsatisfactory. Enfields welcoming reception is unmatched. their reception area needs improvement. Im inclined to give them 2 stars, Thank you.Manager Nour reached out to me, sincerely apologized, and acknowledged the mistake. She openly admitted that the clinics behavior and atmosphere were unprofessional and assured me of taking corrective action. Although she offered a free session or other complimentary services, I declined, emphasizing that such gestures hold little value in comparison to professionalism.Ive updated my review from 1 star, and I genuinely hope they apply the lessons learned to ensure a better experience for future customers, avoiding similar issues.
