Had a first laser hair removal session as a man.Stephanie welcomed us and showed great care for hospitality. As with the communication beforehand, Silkor staff made sure to communicate all expectations very clearly.They guided me step by step into the process, once into the laser room, Marylin, who’s as well a licensed nurse, put us at ease, by making things not awkward and very professionally guided us through the process with clear communication.Once the procedure was finished, Stephanie explained us what the do’s and don’ts were and a day later they gave a follow up call to make sure if everything was alright.Very professionally, gets the job done and makes sure you’re put at ease. Probably the best place to visit if you want to remove the unwanted cellulite (using Velashape machine) and also get rid of water retention if you live in Dubai. The team are very friendly thanks to Stephanie and Maria who were very helpful. You start your session on time no need to wait they are very well organized and punctual. The Downtown clinic is very clean and amazing!! Cant wait for my next session and to see the result at the end 🙌 ❤️

Friendly staff. They took me in really fast after consultation with Stephanie. I wanted to do laser resurfacing but she didnt recommend it because I dont need it. I really appreciate that she didnt just wana sell me a service to make money. Instead I was recommended to do Microneedling. So I did it with Nivine. She did excellent job and very knowledgeable about it. I did 2 sessions, however they recommended 6, unfortunately wont be able to make it because of traveling. Clinic also is very clean, organized, across from Dubai Mall which is convenient if you want to spend the day walking around after treatment. Many restaurants around as well. Keep up the good work. 👍
